Definitely the best service I came across so far!!! I waited till I had like couple of orders to see how the service would be like and I am pleased to say they're the best! The clothes actually feel clean and well taken care of. No annoying tags punched through the fabrics like some of the services do. They're very clear about what kind of wash is suitable and it shows in the results. I sent in a super stained jacket which I was surprised to see looking brand new!
